2. Kontakt z Administratorem jest możliwy za pomocą e-mail: biuro@wtbsystem.pl , a także listownie na wskazany powyżej adres siedziby.
3. Będziemy przetwarzać Państwa dane osobowe w następujących celach:
a) kontaktu z Pani/Pana pracodawcą, zleceniodawcą lub podmiotem, który Pani/Pan reprezentuje, w celu przyszłego zawarcia umowy lub wykonania zawartej już umowy – co jest uzasadnionym interesem administratora, podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO – przez okres trwania umowy oraz po tym czasie przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń cywilnych, wynikający z przepisów prawa,
b) dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami, w tym w celu prowadzenia wewnętrznych postępowań wyjaśniających – co jest prawnie uzasadnionym interesem administratora, podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń cywilnych, wynikający z przepisów prawa,
4. Możemy pozyskiwać Pani/Pana dane osobowe bezpośrednio od Pani/Pana lub też z publicznie dostępnych źródeł, takich jak rejestry przedsiębiorców CEIDG, REGON, KRS i inne, w celu weryfikacji podanych danych. Pani/Pana dane możemy też pozyskiwać od Pani/Pana pracodawcy, zleceniodawcy.
5. Przetwarzamy następujące rodzaje Pani/Pana danych: imię, nazwisko, stanowisko lub piastowana funkcja, miejsce pracy lub spółki, w której osoba piastuje funkcję, numer telefonu, email.
6. Dane mogą być udostępnione następującym odbiorcom: podmiotom świadczącym usługi hostingu i IT, dostarczającym programy księgowe lub kadrowe, podmiotom świadczącym usługi pocztowe lub kurierskie.
7. W związku z przetwarzaniem Pani/Pana danych osobowych może dojść do ich transferu poza teren Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego. Podstawą transferu danych mogą być w szczególności standardowe klauzule umowne. Aby uzyskać więcej informacji na temat zabezpieczeń, należy skontaktować się w sposób określony w pkt 2 powyżej.
8. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych. c) dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami, w tym w celu prowadzenia wewnętrznych postępowań wyjaśniających – co jest prawnie uzasadnionym interesem administratora, podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń cywilnych, wynikający z przepisów prawa.
4. Możemy pozyskiwać Pani/Pana dane osobowe bezpośrednio od Pani/Pana lub też z publicznie dostępnych źródeł, takich jak rejestry przedsiębiorców CEIDG, REGON, KRS i inne, w celu weryfikacji podanych danych.

3. We shall process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) to contact your employer, your principal or the entity you represent for the purpose of future conclusion of a contract or performance of an already concluded contract – which is a legitimate interest of the controller, legal basis: Article 6(1)(b). f) GDPR – for the duration of the contract and after this time by the period of limitation for civil claims under the law,
b) to assert or defend against claims, including for the purpose of conducting internal investigations – which is a legitimate interest of the controller, legal basis: article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the period of the statute of limitations for civil claims under the law,
4. We may obtain your personal data directly from you or from publicly available sources, such as business registers CEIDG, REGON, KRS and others, in order to verify the data provided. We may also obtain your data from your employer or client.
5. We process the following types of data: name, surname, position or function held, place of work or company where the person holds the position, telephone number, email.
6. Data may be shared with the following recipients: entities providing hosting and IT services, providing accounting software or human resources, entities providing postal or courier services.
7. In connection with the processing of your personal data, a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area may take place. The transfer may be based in particular on standard contractual clauses. For further information on the safeguards, please contact as set out in point 2 above.
8. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
